We had a wonderful time at this cute (and roomy!) condo. We absolutely LOVED the private hot tub! The house was incredibly well stocked with kitchen supplies, extra towels, even toiletries! The only minor issue was that the electric fireplace would go on and off and sometimes make a very quiet beeping sound. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Meadow House was a great place to be in Sunriver. An easy walk to the village, the nature center, and other activities. The unit was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and lots of extra touches. The beds were soft and comfortable, The back deck a great place for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We love Sunriver, especially in the shoulder season (less people) when there is almost summer-like weather. Do like the location of Meadow Houses. Enjoyed bicycling, fall colors. Did not like:1. We booked through VRBO and then received emails from VRBO from Fairly (who?). Redundant, confusing who to respond to, login codes slow to arrive so often gave up trying. 2.Access code to property not given until 3 hrs before 4pm check-in, although info says will come 24 hrs before. Email on day of arrival is not good for someone traveling, may not have internet access (plus driving). 3. Now getting requests for reviews from both VRBO and Fairly (who?). 4. A lot of odd "toiletries" (gummies, bandaids, clothing wrinkle remover, mousse for hair, etc), but no bath soap of any kind. Sent message to Fairly, which apparently they passed onto the cleaning company (Murders). They said would bring soap next day; we responded never mind; we purchased at store; later they said they dropped off soap. Annoying. 5. Basic toiletries is all we ask for Soap, Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner.6. The "notebook" of instructions, etc. was void of anything more than a cover page with very limited info. Instead 10 pages helpful to someone looking to buy in notebook. 7. Internet name had 3 versions, had to test for correct.8. Grab bar needed in shower/tub. Carpet very stained, Dryer not working. Check in/out times not good, Expected to begin cleaning process, but leave by 10am, unfair to guests.

Hi Dana. Sorry for the confusion about who is in charge. I get it! I rented a place last year from Expedia and kept getting messages from Vacasa. It is really confusing and annoying. I am not sure how to fix that though because many rentals have postings on multiple sites. Our condo is a Fairly property. (FYI - If you book directly on Fairly, there is no extra fee unlike VRBO and AIRBNB!) We are also working on the Notebook. You are absolutely correct that it needed updating!
