Newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath townhome full of Auburn charm! Featuring beautiful murals, a spacious open layout, and a large outdoor area perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Enjoy a unique serving window from the kitchen to the patio, ideal for game days or gatherings. Conveniently located just 2 blocks from downtown Auburn, this stylish retreat offers the ultimate game day getaway.
The Space
The interior & exterior of this unit has been recently updated to provide a fresh and stylish look!
Master is on the main floor plus in unit laundry!
BRING YOUR PET! Pets are welcome, please know there is an $80 charge per pet, per reservation. Any pet other than a dog must be cleared with the host prior to arrival!
BEDROOM SET UP:
Downstairs:
King bed in the master suite with attached bathroom accessible via the bedroom or the living room
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2: bedroom with a queen bed and dedicated workspace
Bedroom 3: Twin over full bunk bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle
These two bedrooms share an upstairs bathroom
The Laundry is located at the top of the stairs.
This set-up comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Traveling with a larger group and need more space? We manage multiple units in this complex. Message us to ask for more details!
The unit includes a kitchen stocked with cooking basic you might need during your stay.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire unit. This unit is a self-check-in unit. A code will be provided upon check in to access the unit.

2 parking passes are included with the unit. This complex will tow if the parking pass is not visible at all times.
All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.
