You will fall in love with the views and the open layout of this 9th floor condo. An incredible 3 BR unit with water views from bedroom and living room area. The balcony is large enough for the whole family to relax and has a great view of the beach/ocean as well as the pier just 3 buildings down with restaurant/bar/fishing pier. Enjoy sitting outside with sweeping ocean views from the glider and rocker. There are incredible views from the balcony, the master bedroom and the family room. The master bedroom boasts an incredible direct oceanfront view with a King Bed. The Kitchen features quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. It has all the amenities you would want including a flat screen TVs and high speed internet. The kitchen overlooks the great room which features a flat screen smart TV. The other 2 bedrooms both have incredible wide river views. The 2nd BR has a Queen Bed. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twins to allow sleeping up to 6 in the unit. The Aruba condo building is the newest on the beach with construction completed in February 2021. The pool is heated year round and the hot tub, club room, fitness center round out the resort style amenities.

We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
