Welcome to our gorgeous Verdi retreat, where the mountains meet the city. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home blends modern comfort with a warm inviting atmosphere. Located just minutes from hiking trails, the Truckee River, and the charming Verdi distillery. Only 10 min. from Reno and 20 min. from Truckee, Northstar, and other highly sought out locations. Whether you’re here to explore, unwind, or work remotely, this retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, adventure, and relaxation.
The space
Our home is decked head to toe with amenities you’ll be sure to enjoy!
Special Amenities:
• Entire house is set up on a high end water filtration system. Delicious drinking water is available right from the sink.
• Our garage has a full gym for guests to use. Squat rack, free weights, cable machine, and Peloton treadmill!
• End the evening in our relaxing 6 person Martinique hot tub.
• If you are enjoying our home during a holiday, we also have permanent outdoor customized lighting. Send us a message are we are happy to apply a fun custom lighting display to make your holidays more enjoyable.
• Sleds and kids snow toys for the winter

Our property really is our oasis. We've put so much love into it over the years to make it truly special. Step into our gym where you can access most of your exercise needs - with a cable machine, squat rack, free weights, treadmill, and more! Relax in our Martinique 5 person hot tub while you enjoy the mountain views. Soak in our gorgeous free standing bubble bath after a day of skiing. Or just cozy up next to our beautiful custom fireplace and watch a movie or pick out a board game for some family fun.
