Step back in style at this fully remodeled mid-century modern home in Bristol, TN! This 2BR, 1BA retreat was renovated between 2023–2025 with all-new flooring and fun retro decor throughout. Minutes to downtown, the casino, and Bristol Motor Speedway!
The home has been completely remodeled including new flooring in July 2025, updated bathroom, kitchen, HVAC, and even new dry wall in 2023.
You enter the home into the living room that features a sofa, two chairs and a Smart TV you may login to your favorite streaming apps on. There is a small dining table for four in the dining area.
There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and two bedrooms on each side of the bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, and closet for clothing storage.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. There is a washer and dryer off of the kitchen and a large private deck off the back of the house.
The house is located on a busy road. It is cozy and quiet inside, but there is traffic in front of the house, especially around 5 p.m. on weekdays.
