Take a break and unwind at this peaceful golf cart community oasis. Located between Tampa and Orlando Fl
We are a 55+ community which means one guest must be at least 45 years old and there cannot be anyone under 22 years old in the rental party.
If you are looking to be close to Tampa or Orlando but not in the midst of all the traffic that comes with it, this beautifully decorated and fully furnished home is for you. I am confident that you will feel at home from the minute you walk through the door.
With a king size bed in the primary and a queen in the second bedroom as well as two sofas, there is room for up to 6 guests.
The community of Betmar is beautiful with ponds to walk around or sit and watch some of our beautiful aquatic birds, putt putt golf, basketball hoop and even dances on Saturday nights with live bands for a small fee of $5.00 per person. The dances are bring your own snack and drink.
We are located in close proximity to the following:
Skydive city: 10 minutes
Tamps and Busch Gardens: 20 minutes
Beaches: 45 minutes
Outlet Mall: 15 minutes
Orlando/Disney: 1 hours
Also close to many restaurants and shopping.
Enjoy the evenings outside in the very spacious enclosed patio.
You will receive free WiFi as well as Netflix during your stay.
