Immagina di osservare le balene dal tuo mazzo mentre entrano nel Pacific Grove Marine Gardens Park (un parco sottomarino) direttamente di fronte alla casa. Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The snacks and coffee provided were really appreciated. Location was the best! Especially for car week. We could walk to downtown for meals or the car show and bike to Monterey for shopping. For me, sheets were a little rough but no one else thought so. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot

I’ve stayed in Carmel and it’s great but pacific grove was more quiet and the views were amazing. House was perfect for us and a great ocean trail is right out the door. We had our coffee looking at the ocean. Host was fantastic and all the little things were there

Great location in Pacific Grove!

We enjoyed our stay at this location, as it was close to everything we hoped to do and see. Parking was easy and the views incredible. You’re right at the waters edge with plenty of frolicking seals and sea otters and seals right in front of the house!

Super cute, historical house in amazing location.

I loved the simplicity of this house and the view is amazing. Even in cooler weather, it was great to sit in the sun on the deck in the morning and enjoy my coffee. Morning walks were great, too.

Great View - I Miss It Already

This is a great little house with a fantastic view. I miss getting up each morning and watching the sea otters from my bedroom window. Central location to many activities. Parking was easy. Pacific Grove is a very welcoming town. The walking path across from the house is fantastic. Very beautiful location.

Great Stay in Monterey

This place was perfect. Right on the water with a great path on the ocean. The house was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again. It was clear the owner put a lot of work into making the place nice. Great location too. 5 min from restaurants. 5 min from Pebble Beach. Short drive to wineries in Carmel. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great. The house and location was all that we expected. I lived in area over 30 years ago and loved everything about the location and rental. Terrific views. Take a few steps out the front door and walk the bay forever if you would like. My family loved everything and we hope to return several times. Very easy to work with owners. Recommend this for anyone.

Perfect location to relax and explore

Shared the home with another couple for a 4 night stay to explore the area. Location is an easy walk to town for coffee or dinner. Great runs or walks out your door along the ocean trail. Kitchen is set up well to cook meals. Home is extremely clean and very comfortable. Upper deck is perfect for a wonderful ocean view while relaxing, eating or a little happy hour. Lower deck is right outside the dining room, which also gave a good feeling of openness. Rented Kayaks at Lovers Point and was able to have a sea level view of all the seals and otters we watched all week. In town, Passionfish and Pavel's are a must. Grace is wonderful to work with. If you are looking to stay in Monterey, Carmel or Pacific Grove you have found your place!

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed to enjoy a week in Pacific Grove. The location was perfect and centrally located which allowed us to enjoy everything. We had one blip which the property manager immediately resolved. I would love to return to this area for vacation. I would definitely stay at this beautiful home again if I return.

We stayed at 180 degree ocean views for three nights. The house was as advertised and perfect for our family of four. The host was fantastic. The neighborhood was safe, walking friendly, and close to great restaurants. The walk to Lover's Point was nice and the seals were visible from the house during morning coffee. Stay here!

The location & place itself was wonderful! It was right across the street from the ocean. The place was very clean, had plenty of towels & blankets. We walked a lot to restaurants & short drives to the aquarium & other places. The communal pool wasn’t as close as we expected. The only thing I wished we had was an assigned parking space. We came home late one evening & the spot in front of the house was taken so we had to park across the street.

Location, location, location

As the title says, this place is in the perfect spot for everything. Walk across the street for a great trail along the coast. Walkable to nice restaurants and activities. We rented a car so we explored out a little farther, which was nice. The property was very clean and more than enough room for the 4 of us. I was a little nervous about not having air conditioning but we never needed it during our stay in June. In fact we used the fireplace a few times early in the morning. It doesnt look like it but parking was never a problem. We would stay here, should we be in the area again!!

Ocean Vacation Bliss!

Our stay here was amazing! The house is in the best location for nature watching and taking a nice run or walk or bike ride up the coast in either direction. We watched sea otters for hours from the deck upstairs and the upstairs bedroom. We saw dolphins and seals from the house too! From the house we could walk to restaurants, shops, and coffee spots. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfy! We felt very safe there even though the house is on a main road. Pacific Grove is a perfect spot and not crowded at all. We will definitely come back, but for longer next time!

Beautiful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property included all necessary amenities and several small touches that made our stay with smaller children easier. We loved taking walks along the ocean trail and watching the wildlife from the windows. On a particularly warm evening, the sound of the ocean waves lulled us to sleep with the windows open. I was a bit worried about close from the road, but it was minimal and not disruptive at all.

The view takes the cake!

The view exceeded expectations. Each day sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous and the animals came out to play (sea lions and otters). Location was so convenient with both walkable restaurants/stores as well as things that were just a quick drive (ex. aquarium). My only recommendation is a more thorough job in cleaning the place as there was dried spilled coffee down the cabinet (below the coffee machine). The downstairs room with the futon could be dressed up a bit to feel less like you’re sleeping in a closet (first step would be to sweep the cobwebs). Despite the small things mentioned, it was a lovely location. Our family had a great time.

Fabulous location

Our family of six including two young grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and had what we needed. The view was fantastic! We could see otters floating in the kelp. The location was perfect- across from the ocean and coastal trail. We hope to come back.
