The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to prepare meals—perfect for families, groups, or game-weekend gatherings.
The dining area provides seating for six, and there’s also a private outdoor space where you can sip morning coffee or enjoy evening drinks after a day on the course or lake.

It feels like you’re miles away from town, yet you’re only 20 minutes from downtown Bloomington and the Indiana University campus. It’s the perfect balance of peaceful retreat and convenient location.

This is the only large Airbnb within the Eagle Pointe resort, offering plenty of space for families and groups to relax and enjoy time together. With three bedrooms (nine if you rent both levels), comfortable gathering areas, and access to all the resort amenities, it’s the perfect place to experience the best of lake and golf resort living.
