Great location and clean, comfortable apartment. Great view, right in the Latin Quarter but a quieter street. Super transit connections. Our hosts provided great recommendations for dining and getting around. We had a wonderful stay.

This is an awesome flat located right in the heart of things on the Left Bank without being in the noisy areas. The views from the windows are lovely and the elevator gets you to the floor right below the flat. Perfect place with everything you need.

This has to.be one of my favorite VRBO properties I've ever stayed at. The studio had everything we needed. The balconies were wonderful. I spent an afternoon on one sipping wine. There were numerous restaurants just minutes away. We walked to the Louvre and D'Orsay museums as well as Notre Dame. We also used the subway to get everywhere else. This gem I would highly recommend.

This is our 4th trip to Paris. First time staying at David and Bernadette’s studio flat. I have to say that we would not hesitate to return and would recommend it to all of our friends and family. It was perfect! Great location, everything you could possibly ask for and wonderful, communicative hosts. We can’t wait to come back!

Location in the Latin section of Paris and 10 minute walk to Notre Dame. Easy location for public transportation subway, bus, bikes & Ubers are everywhere close. 25 minute walk to center city, Louvre parks and so many other buck list items to see. It’s quaint as you would expect in Paris because of the age of the buildings. Eats all around you for all meals. Small set up kitchen and little fridge which host had cream, coffee, sugar, a few butter pads, small juice and water in it. For a single or couple traveling light it’s a great spot. With there heatwave they had a portable A/C and a fan to cool it down. It ran constantly and without closing the metal protection window panels it couldn’t keep up. It’s not central A/C that Americans like and accustomed to for sure. It’s better than opening windows which most do to air flow.

We loved the iconic “Paris from above” aesthetic you get from higher floors as seen in many movies set in Paris. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was within reach of Notre Dame, the Pantheon, the Latin Quarter, the Sarbonne, Boulevard St. Germain shopping, and a handy bakery less than a block away for excellent breakfast pastries. We explored all over Paris but mostly had dinners at lovely local bistros within a few blocks. Our hosts were helpful before arrival, when we arrived, and when we left. Since everything went great we had no need to contact them during the stay but feel confident they would have quickly solved any issues. The air conditioning was just what we needed during the heat wave. The wifi was plenty to watch YouTube videos and take care of mail and photo uploads. We couldn't ask for anything more and plan to stay there again the next time we can. Five stars aren't enough!

Spectacular views

My husband and I recently enjoyed a four night stay in this cute little slice of Paris. There is all you need for a comfortable private happy place to explore the whole of Paris by foot or transit easily or stay in and watch from above. Close to metro stations, bus lines, landmarks, and great food, we had a wonderful stay.

The place was awesome. We sat on the balcony every night and watched the Eiffel Tower twinkle (see pic at sunset). The location was great and we were able to walk to everywhere we needed to go. David is a great host and made our experience that much nicer. Not sure when, but we will be back!

cute apartment with nice view

Loved the peekaboo view of the Eiffel tower. The space was functional and furnished with everything required for a comfortable stay. Appreciated the air conditioning on the hot summer days. The located is in the city with great access to Notre Dame and the latin quarter.

The apartment was absolutely perfect. With a view of Sacre Coeur from one balcony and the Eiffel Tower from the other, and Notre Dame just minutes away, the location can’t be beat. It’s a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and shops very close. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the kitchen reasonably well-stocked. There is some creative use of space for all the necessities and a few extras. It really felt like an authentic Paris appt.

Great little place in a great neighborhood

We loved our stay in this small but well-designed and generously equipped apartment. It was roomy enough for 2, and provided everything we needed. This is such a wonderful neighborhood; it feels a genuine part of Paris, and is near everything. There are fabulous restaurants right nearby. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing month in an amazing location

Our month (all of May 2023) couldn't have been better: the charm, and spectacular views, of the rooftop apartment, the easy access to everything location, and the attentiveness of David (the owner), and Virginie (the concierge) were all first rate We really moved staying there and certainly hope to return!!
