The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.
After a day on the mountain, enjoy your favorite meals and snacks in your well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and your music and movies with the condo's top notch AV system! Step out onto the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking mountain views. Not only is this condo located on the front of the Fraser Crossing building, it is approximately 40 feet from the shared Amenities deck which features a pool, hot tub, grilling stations and outdoor fireplace. Located at the base village of Winter Park Resort you will not find a better location and quality finishes anywhere else in Winter Park. Alpine Bliss is the ideal retreat for a memorable getaway.

The surrounding Fraser Valley also offers charming local dining, shopping, and activities for every season.

Potential for Noise: You may hear a train whistle during your stay from the Winter Park train station / train. Refunds will not apply due to expected train-related noise.
Parking Garage: The Town of Winter Park sets a winter and summer parking season which are subject to change at their discretion. Summer parking is FREE. Winter garage parking is approximately $24 per night and you are required to make this reservation directly with the parking garage. We will provide a link and discount code for you after booking this property. You will receive detailed parking garage instructions before arrival. Parking reservations can be cancelled if necessary. Use of the parking garage is required to book this unit as there is no other available parking.
Building Amenities (Amenities Deck - Hot Tubs, Grill Stations, etc.): Resort amenities are controlled and maintained by the Winter Park Resort. Mountain West Vacation Rentals has no control, nor can be held responsible for any closures or mechanical issues. Hours are set by the Resort and any after hours access will be considered a trespassing violation by the Resort with possible fines and/or removal from the premises without refund. There is no guard around the community hot tubs - use at your own risk.
Ski Locker: Your reservation includes a complimentary ski locker. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Skis and snowboards cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Bike / Bicycle Storage: Your reservation includes a complimentary bike storage in the parking garage. Access information will be included in your check-in details. Bikes / Bicycles cannot be in the property or on patios/balconies, violations will incur penalty fees.
Do not leave trash or recycling in the common areas or hallways of the building. There are clearly marked Trash Rooms in the building on each floor by the elevator. Any violations will incur a $100.00 fine for each occurrence will be the responsibility of the guest.
Winter Travel Advisory: Colorado's traction law requires 4WD/AWD during winter months. Snow can occur anytime—vehicles without proper traction may not reach the property. No refunds for weather-related travel issues. We recommend 3rd-party travel insurance for peace of mind. No refunds will be provided due to road / travel issues including road closures or mountain pass availability.
