Completamente arredato con cucina completa, terrazza privata con barbecue a gas. Free WiFi, TV a schermo piatto con SMART satellitare. Letto matrimoniale accogliente. Parcheggio fuori strada. Backyard pozzo del fuoco sul patio confortevole condivisa con gli ospiti che soggiornano presso La Sirena. I soggiorni non possono iniziare o terminare il Sabato.

Pristine Rental for Two (with dog) Right on the Beach

Mesmerizing view of ocean waves right out the front window. Just steps away from dog-friendly beach. Off-the-street parking in charming yard with fire pit. Easy walk to town and restaurants. The apartment itself was immaculate with updated kitchen and bathroom. The owners outfitted the rental with absolutely everything one might need.We will definitely be back!

Amazing anniversary getaway!

Can’t beat this property right on the beach! We arrived to a stunning sunset and were welcomed by a very comfortable house. The property was clean and fresh with an amazing view, great layout, and comfortable furnishings. This was the perfect property for our anniversary getaway. Major bonus was the dedicated parking - which at Stinson is priceless. 100% a 5 star stay for Stinson beach!

Short stay

We came in for a very short stay, but everything was what we’re looking for in a place. We were very happy with our stay. Jeff was super responsive to any questions we had. If the opportunity arose, we would stay there again for sure.

On the beach

Right on the Beach!

We had such a great weekend! The location of this place is unbeatable! We surfed and sunrise and sunset. Walked for coffee and meals at the Parkside and had the best weekend! Can't wait to stay again.

A slice of heaven

Love this little spot on Stinson Beach. Works perfect for my daughter & I to stay here with our dog. Love the view & the long stretch of beach just out the door. Great communication by owners. It’s always clean & feels safe. Neighbors are friendly. Cute little beach town.

30th Wedding Anniversary Gem

My wife and I came to La Paz for the weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary, and we couldn’t have had a better time. Everything about La Paz, the apartment itself, location, charm, property, and Jeff the owner were absolutely perfect! We wished we could have stayed longer, and we will definitely be back soon. Recharging at La Paz

Very clean and owners are very friendly. Great place to unplug and recharge. If you are looking for a place to chill, this is it. Property is just perfect. This is our 5th time coming. We just love it here!

Gorgeous weekend away

We loved this home, perfect location to town (.2 miles to the store and .3 to the nearest restaurant), steps from the beach and a wonderful patio! We never used our car during our 2 night/3 day stay. We are already planning when to return!

We are two families that met and became best friends while attending UC Berkeley in the late 1970's. We love the beach, the smell of ocean air, and the sound of the waves rolling up on the sand. We are beach walkers, surfers, hikers, nature lovers and sand castle builders. We are excited to be the owners of this wonderful beachfront property and to be able to share it with you.

There is nothing better than eating breakfast and rolling right out onto the beach, or enjoying a cocktail while watching the sun set over the ocean. From La Paz you can walk down the deserted sandy beach or walk into town for brunch or an ice cream.

Unit is on second story, overlooking the beach. The property is beach front with a large secluded, peaceful backyard in full view of the mountains. 2 parking spots.
