📝 Things to note
- This is ONLY the lower unit of the house. Upper unit is NOT included in this listing.
- This unit is on the 1st floor. The entry is private.
- Potential noise: this unit is on the 1st floor and you should expect having neighbors above. With wooden floors, you might hear guests in the upper unit. Please make sure you are ok with it before booking. If you hear loud music, running, or stomping, please inform us so we can remind the guests upstairs.
- The dock is shared with the lower unit. Guests are welcome to enjoy it respectfully and courteously — please be mindful of others who may also be using the space.
You will have full access to the lower unit and outdoor amenities except the garage.

We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb`s policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.
3.🚫🚬【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.
4.🚫🐈🐕【NO ANIMAL】
Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. We`ve got exemption from Airbnb so please DON`T book if you plan to bring an animal with you. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.
6.⚠️【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.
7.💼【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.
8.✈️【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.

Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property.
