Il cottage dispone di 2 camere da letto e 1 1/2 bagni (recentemente aggiornato). È proprio sull'acqua e ha un nuovo molo e un pontile galleggiante perfetto per pescare o sedersi e rilassarsi. È appena stato rinnovato con un nuovo tappeto e ha aggiornato gli elettrodomestici e nuovi pavimenti in cucina. Una doccia esterna è stata recentemente aggiunta al lato del cottage.

Una calma perfetta scappare con alcune delle migliori viste in giro.

Excellent location

We had a great weekend stay. The location was ideal for the events we had to attend. The size of the cottage was perfect for the 4 of us. Nice and relaxing.

The place had a great view of the lake. The place was rustic but had what we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful Lake

The house was the perfect size for our family of four. It was great to be able to walk out the back door and take a few steps and be right on the lake.

Lake Norman

Very relaxing and quiet area directly on lake. Kayaks included were fun and dock right out front is handy if you want to rent a boat or pontoon for your stay. Short drive to Food Lion grocery and Eddies- nice restaurant on the water with outdoor seating.

Location, location, LOCATION!

Perfectly placed on Lake Norman, great sunrise views! The owner is amazing with easy contact and help when needed! Close to gas stations, food lion etc. sleeps plenty :) and overall, my family had a great stay! Will definitely be booking again if we’re in the area!

Perfect Lakefront Getaway

My family stayed here in late July, and it was even better than we anticipated, as the photos don't do the lakefront location (and size inside the property) justice. It had everything we needed to enjoy the lake and James was beyond accommodating and easy to reach along the way with any questions. We look forward to staying again.

Perfect for our stay

Host was excellent communicator. Property was perfect for our stay, right on water in a safe spot for kids to swim and float. Kayaks were a plus. House is dated as stated in other reviews but perfect nonetheless. Thanks for a great week.

Perfect little lake house!

Great clean house with a perfect location to enjoy the lake. The dock was a great place to relax and it’s a short boat ride to Eddie’s restaurant and several islands on the lake.

Nice place

We stayed for a long weekend with 2 young children and 4 adults. Nice waterfront property with a great dock. Great location and convenient to town. Older property but comfortable.

Hidden gem!

The location was perfect, we spent all of our time relaxing on the dock and floating in the lake. James was great, very responsive to our questions. Even on the weekend it was quiet and peaceful. I would absolutely stay here again!

Awesome Views!!

Overall the property was great for what we needed. The dock was outstanding. We watched the sunrise over the lake each day. The cottage is a little dated but we really only slept and showered there. Glad there was a new coffee pot which we took advantage of every morning.

Fun for the family

This rental was a great space for our short family stay. We enjoyed the water a lot. The kayaks and boards were great. We brought some floating chairs that added a ton of relaxing water fun for our family to enjoy. The place was close by a great marina that allowed us to change our rental times easily and they were very great to work with. The only reason for a lower rating was the dead bugs around the house, the smoke detector was not intact and therefore not working as designed and lawn service arrived around 9pm to mow the property.

Cozy cabin on the lake

Gorgeous comfy spot right on the lake! We enjoyed the dock and quiet inlet for swimming every day of our stay. The access to water toys - kayaks, fishing poles and boogie boards was a fun add-on. The living room furniture is so comfortable! Only cable TV, no internet. There is a full size bunk bed for kids and a 2nd bedroom 2 full beds for adults. Kitchen is okay. No dishwasher and lots of mismatched items. Bathrooms need renovation but are functional. AC worked very well when we were there in the height of summer! Would recommend and return to this quiet, small lake getaway!

Quaint Cabin on the lake

We visited family for a few days. Beautiful view of the lake and fishing good off the dock. Inside was home away from home!!! Nice kitchen with refrigerator/oven, etc. no internet but that’s great - a breather. Comfortable furniture and beds!! I couldn’t think of anything negative cause everything was great. Met wife of owner, very personable and friendly. It’s a must place to rent!

My family and I absolutely loved this little cottage. It was perfect for us 4. And the views!!!!! Loved them! The dock was newer and where we spent most of our time. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little place on the water

Stayed here with some friends for a couple nights over a weekend and had a great time. James was very responsive and the house was clean. Best part was obviously the gorgeous lake view. I’d stay here again.

Great place for an impromptu weekend stay!

Had a great weekend at James' place. Nice yard and docks for the kids to play. House is older, a bit reminiscent of the older lake houses but entirely adequate. Really enjoyed it...thanks!
