Listen to the trickling waterfall as you put your feet up and relax on your private patio while viewing the lake and just beyond, the 18th fairway of the golf course. This tastefully furnished home has many pleasing upgrades including shutters throughout, all new kitchen appliances, remodeled bathrooms with granite counter tops and tiled walk in showers. With high ceilings and lots of natural light, you will feel the spaciousness of the home. For your entertainment there is a TV in the living room with DVD and stereo, TV in the master and flat screen TV with DVD in the guest bedroom. The convenience of wireless internet access is also included. If tennis is your game, the tennis courts are just across the street. In addition, the clubhouse and community pool and spa are within easy walking distance!
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY: The Lakes CC is an upscale, private country club. Renter access to club facilities is dependent upon the membership status of the property owner. For this property, renters will have pay-per-use access to the dining facilities, fitness and tennis. Golf access is not permitted for this property. Numerous fine golf courses with public access are located nearby, however. Each of The Lakes CC's 902 condominium homes is superbly sited with stunning views of the golf course or lakes and is convenient to one or more of the 44 swimming pools and hot spas available to owners and renters alike.
A significant sense of community is expressed at The Lakes through a busy and diverse year round dining, social and recreation calendar. Includes access to the state of the art 5,000 sf Fitness Center and Spa. For tennis lovers, there are 15 championship tennis courts, with 8 lighted for evening play.
