We are pleased you enjoyed the location, view and spectacular beach, but we are sorry to hear that your stay was anything less than perfect. In addressing your concerns: It is possible that you felt sonic booms from flight tests that are occasionally conducted by Eglin Air Force Base (we have experienced such a feeling from Sonic Booms in our office which is located very near Reynolds House), but we assure you we have never had an issue or complaint of the house moving in any way (Reynolds House, being such a popular vacation home, was fully booked all season up until your September stay). Still, had we been made aware of your concern, or any issues during your stay, such as the clogged drain and broken lock, we would have addressed those issues immediately. Please note, there were very high winds prior to your arrival which may explain the gulf front screens coming apart - those are being repaired. We checked the vents and they are just older vents, rusted somewhat, but no mold. The owner is replacing those vents. We do sincerely apologize for these inconveniences. Despite the above, we are happy you enjoyed your vacation at the beach. We hope to have you back again in the near future!
