Stay comfortably in Rotonda West at this 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 trundle bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The property features heating, AC, and essential amenities like a hair dryer, curling iron and flat iron. Enjoy the convenience of 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're staying in Rotonda West.

This 3 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath / 2 car garage fully-furnished home is beautifully decorated and updated! From the screened double door entry with beautiful tiled flooring, step on in to the very open main living area, featuring updated laminate flooring throughout, cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and 8' pocket sliding glass doors to the lanai.

The adjoining dining area has a stylish lighting fixture and is the perfect place for a sit down dinner with some new friends! The kitchen has upgraded granite countertops, closet pantry for your food storage, recessed LED lighting, ceiling fan, & tiled flooring. Appliances include: Kenmore dishwasher, NEW LG double door stainless refrigerator, GE smooth top stove, and NEW LG built in microwave. The adjoining breakfast nook is the perfect place to have your morning cup of coffee and catch up on the news.

The primary bedroom offers a tray ceiling w/ceiling fan, walk in closet, and laminate flooring and ensuite bath. The primary bath has two separate vanities w/granite tops and new faucets, updated LED lighting & mirrors, linen closet, privacy commode, and recently updated tile surround wall in the shower with glass door.

Bedroom #2 is absolutely huge, with laminate flooring, new ceiling fan, wall closet and sliding glass doors to the lanai. Bedroom #3 has the same laminate flooring as found in the other rooms, and a wall closet and ceiling fan. The Guest Bath has a combo tub/shower, updated recessed LED lighting and mirror, updated toilet, granite countertop on vanity, and another linen closet so there's storage for towels and linens in abundance!

You'll enjoy floating around the HEATED SALTWATER PEBBLETEC SWIMMING POOL!
The handy half bath just off the lanai means no trekking water throughout the house! The lanai has a new white aluminum paneled ceiling w/LED lighting and new ceiling fan, and an outside HOT & COLD shower to wash off the sand and suntan oil before you go inside!

The laundry room houses the NEW SMART SAMSUNG TOP LOAD WASHER AND DRYER, plus some extra cabinetry. You have access to the two-car garage with garage door opener. (Owner uses a portion of the garage for storage and keeps a vehicle there.)

Rotonda is a deed restricted golf course community with everything you want close by - minutes to area beaches Englewood and Boca Grande, shopping, lots of great restaurants, and world class fishing! Gas grill, TV in each room, beach and pool toys included.

Our stay in Rotunda West, FL was absolutely wonderful. The house was perfect—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated pool was a highlight and made our time there even more enjoyable.The hosts were terrific—friendly, responsive, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

A beautiful villa in a great location. The villa has everything you need for a great stay. The pool area is very peaceful with lovely palm trees and plants which attract a great variety of birds. It makes the morning coffee by the pool something special. The location is great for beaches, shops and grocery shopping. The hosts are great with communication and very approachable. We would definitely want to come back.

This is a clean, well maintained, comfortable, and spacious property. We appreciated the kitchen which contained mostly new appliances and ample utensils, dishes, cups and glasses—plastic too for lanai use, and cookware. The bedrooms and living room were well appointed and comfortable. Access to the internet was easy and its performance was consistent. We spent a lot of time in the pool, clean and the perfect temperature! The location was convenient for access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach (where we spent a lot of time too). The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Jason and Chris communicated with us promptly and were always informative. Thanks for a great stay!

Rotonda West is a peaceful escape from our everyday lives. - For the golfer in your life, there are numerous local golf courses with reasonable fees. - For the beach-lover, head to Manasota Key or Englewood beach, a short drive from home. - For the Foodie: There is great seafood to be had just about everywhere, and we've found a number of great restaurants including a Tiki bar, Columbian food and Asian fusion, all within a 5-minute drive from home.

When we visit, we often cook rather than going out for dinner, and spend our days poolside, chatting with friends and family. The table on the lanai is perfect for game-night, and the pool is positioned perfectly if you're passionate about working on your tan.
