Inside, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering plenty of room for families or groups of friends. The bright, open-concept living area features comfortable seating, a warm fireplace, and large windows framing mountain views. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space makes it easy to cook après-ski dinners or leisurely breakfasts. The dining area offers plenty of seating for everyone to gather and share meals and stories.

Steamboat Springs is every outdoor enthusiast's dream come true with endless summer and winter activities for all tastes and levels. The nearby Yampa River Core Trail offers a seven and a half-mile trail that connects downtown Steamboat Springs to Bear River Park; it's paved, which is ideal for hikers and bikers alike. It also offers prime access to the Yampa River Botanic Park (two and a half miles away) and the Yampa River where anglers will have a blast. Three miles up north is downtown Steamboat Springs where dining options abound. Old Town Hot Springs and The Tread of Pioneers Museum are two of the main attractions you can find here.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
