New screened in porch with comfortable Rocker club chairs. Plenty of room to spread out with the upstairs bonus room. Upstairs includes office with dual monitor setup and docking station. 75" TV for media / movie night. Queen Murphy Platform bed. (Super Comfortable) Convenient and brand new washer / dryer in unit. New Oven. New Ceiling fans throughout. Beach Gear for couple chairs, cooler, and umbrella. Community Pool
The Neighborhood:
Estuary community on Marco Island 1/2 way towards Goodland. Entire condo development has received many upgrades in the last year. New screened in porches and sliders, new roof, and more.

Other Things to Note:
Condo requires 30+ minimum, approved application, and proof of car ownership for stickler. Dogs allowed up to 30 lbs. Cats allowed. No more than 2 pets total.
Booking this listing through any platform is acceptance and agreement to comply with occupancy booked as well as the full rental agreement that can be found at HomeConnect. Rentals/Agreement. We have a strict policy of absolutely no parties or events.
