Property is huge. Lots of space for our group of 6. Pool is nice and the nearby pool bar, lounge area and bathroom were a plus. Unfortunately, we lost power to that area and it took a couple days to get that rectified. There was also a hottub issue, but that was resolved very quickly. The house could use a facelift but all and all it's a great spot for a large group and I'd revisit without concern.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re glad your group enjoyed the spacious layout of Highland Hills, the pool, and the poolside amenities. We appreciate your feedback on the home’s appearance. We regularly maintain and update the property, including several furnishing upgrades before this summer, and our listing photos reflect those improvements. We apologize for the power outage affecting the pool house during your stay. Storm and lightning damage required a professional electrician to replace the affected electrical components. The storm also damaged the original hot tub beyond repair, but we were pleased to have a replacement delivered and installed the day after check-in for your enjoyment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We’re happy you enjoyed your stay overall and would love to welcome you back!

The house is old. It needs updating. BUT the house was as advertised. It was very clean. Check in/check out was easy. Property manager responded quickly to emails. Plenty of room for 8-10 people. Hot tub was clean and hot. The pool was not open for the season yet. The neighborhood was quiet and safe.
