The Space:
Entry Way
Guests enter into the condo from the lower floor of the condo building which can be accesses via stairs or an elevator from the ground floor. Just inside the condo, guests will find a bench and coat hooks for convenience and organization. The entry way flows into the open concept living room and kitchen area.
Kitchen & Dining
This home features a fully-stocked kitchen, ready for any holiday meal a vacationing family can throw at it. With a full-sized refrigerator, gas appliances and everything you need to cook most any dinner, you can rest easy knowing the grocery store supply runs can be kept to a minimum here. The kitchen is right next to the living room and dining room and features a countertop breakfast bar area with additional seating. The condo features a dining table suitable for four heads while the nearby countertop has space for two more.
Living Room
The design of the living room and kitchen provide the group of guests with plenty of space to sit at a tabletop, breakfast bar or lounge around on the couch while keeping the conversation going. The gas fireplace warms the area while providing the ultimate pairing to the view out the many windows in the room. Hard to miss is the HD SmartTV, perfect for those afternoon movies or sporting events.
Beds & Baths
- The primary bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed and a very sizable closet. There is an ensuite bathroom for this bedroom that features double vanities, a standup shower and a soaking tub. Large windows light up the room until the b;inds are drawn to darken the room.
- The first of two guest bedrooms features a queen-sized bed. There is a closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other guest room.
- The second guest bedroom features a twin-sized bed as well as a full-sized bed. There is also a closet in this room as well as windows with shades. This bedroom shares a full bathroom with the other guest room.
Outdoors
Located on the private patio is a gas grill and a table and chairs for four. There is a beautiful courtyard just off the concrete as well for guests to enjoy and spread out in the grass socially.
Laundry
Pack light knowing that this home has a washer and dryer located in the unit, ready for all the dirt that an adventure in Park City stirs up!
Garage
The one-car (small) garage that is associated with the unit is located just across the street from the condo building and features ski storage and a space for adventure gear!

This area is the perfect place for a fantastic vacation any time of year. If you don't want to venture too far for food, the Black Rock Mountain Resort that is just down the road offers great food and views!
Getting Around:
The location of this condo is perfect for a passing by ride-share. Or remove the need for another party and rent a car knowing a detached private garage is yours to use.
