Destiny Villa è una casa di lusso a 5 piani con 5 camere da letto, 5 bagni e mezzo 5050 piedi quadrati. Questa casa ha una spettacolare vista sull'oceano, con accesso alla spiaggia a pochi passi di distanza. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio della comunità di Destiny by The Sea sono ubicate centralmente. Tutti situati nella gated community e meno di 2 minuti da casa nostra. La convenienza e la sicurezza vi metteranno a vostro agio durante il vostro soggiorno.

Avrai accesso al golf cart per navigare intorno a Destiny By the Sea e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La casa è dotata di un ascensore per tutti e 3 i piani, 7 grandi TV a schermo piatto. Ogni camera è dotata di uno schermo piatto e lettore DVD, bagni completi e aree balcone sciopero. Ci sono 2 zone soggiorno, mangiare in cucina, 3 frigoriferi in casa. La zona giorno principale conduce ad una zona salotto all'aperto. La cucina è ben fornita di tutti gli strumenti di cottura necessari. Un fabbricatore di ghiaccio si trova nel garage per riempire il dispositivo di raffreddamento per giorni in spiaggia o in piscina. Frigorifero a livello del suolo per contenere snack e bevande da spiaggia per un facile accesso al tuo gruppo! Propano grill in garage per cucinare all'aperto.

L'open space, consente a grandi gruppi di trascorrere del tempo tutti insieme per cena, giocare o guardare film.

Family Vaca

The house was wonderful! We loved having the golf cart for short trips and just cruising around. Plenty of room for 14 adults, with each bedroom having a full bath. Nice working ice machine, and plenty of fridge space. Plenty of sitting room in the living room and for dinner. Very safe community and easy short walk to the beach. Our third year in this neighborhood, and every house we have stayed in has been gorgeous but this one was our favorite so far.

Exceeded our expectation!!

What an extraordinary home! This is one where the pictures did not do it justice. It was beautifully decorated yet had such a comfy beachy feel. Every bedroom was lovely with very comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. If you are cooking, and we did the kitchen is amazing and so spacious with everything you need! We had one very minor issue but Kendra the owner was very prompt and resolved this issue immediately. The proximity to the pool and beach was very close and the neighborhood is just lovely! We can’t wait to return to this gem of a home!

Destin

We enjoyed our stay at Destiny by the Sea. Short walk to the beach, you can call ahead and reserve umbrella/chairs at the beach. Kitchen has lots of dishes/pots/pans. The Keurig went out and the owner had a new one sent over the same day. Very nice! Beautiful homes in the addition with a golf cart that is so quiet. The addition is also close to many restaurants and stores. We had three families total of 10 and had plenty of room. Master bedroom on the third floor was so nice with a big open shower. Check in is at 4:00 but we did have to wait til 4:30 to get into house as housekeepers were not done yet.

Great Family Vacation

Wonderful beach house!! Kitchen is fully stocked, spacious bedrooms and Collin areas. Plenty of room for our multi generational family vacation. We will stay here again!

Family vacation

Beautiful house at an easy walk to the beach . Plenty of room for our 3 generation household. Great to have 3 bedrooms with king beds. We were disappointed the golf cart was not available as advertised but everything else was as described. Owner responded quickly to any questions I had. Probably the best house / owner we have had for our vacations.

Absolutely wonderful vacation

We were in Destin for our youngest daughter’s wedding at Hilton Sandestin and then we moved to the beach house. Love the gated neighborhood and short 3 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful home and easy access to 98 for groceries and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Kendra was very responsive when needed.

Family vacay

The house was phenomenal. It was perfect for our big family of 14. Plenty of room to spread out and a quick short walk to the beach. We absolutely LOVED the neighborhood. Great for all ages. Close to many great restaurants. The only thing we didn’t necessarily like was parking availability. Listed for 3 spaces but it was very tight. Other than that, great house! We plan to be back!

The location was perfect ! The golf cart added a nice addition. We had plenty of space for our big family . The Keurig machine didn't work but they had a regular coffee machine there also . Overall was a wonderful place to stay !

A few situations of which the landlord attempted to resolve for us during our stay and we quit impressed with the owner’s response to our concerns. The landlord was professional and very courteous. The home is beautiful and our family had such a lovely vacation filled with amazing memories. The home was beautiful

WOW, the place is in a great location and was super nice.

Bring a big family because your going to need it. This is a home away from home for sure. Very clean and convenient to everything. Will come back again for sure.

This house met all of our needs!

Beautiful house had plenty of room for us all plus provisions for our infant. We appreciated the Property Manager's quick responses to our questions and requests and appreciated the Owner's contacts prior to our arrival. We definitely recommend this property for your next vacation!

1. Cleanness: 1. We had to change sheets in all 4 bunk beds and a bedroom downstairs because of sand in the beds, ponytail holder in one of the beds. Apparently the sheets weren’t changed from the previous stay. 2. We kept noticing a smell in the kitchen area and we discovered a very nasty baby diaper. 3. Shortage of face and hand towels. 4. Freezer door on the refrigerator in the kitchen area would not open because of ice buildup, apparently previously not closed. 5. Several lights in the master bedroom ceiling,5, were not working. 6. Upon arrival we found 2 bags of dirty linens in the elevator. This was our 2nd stay at this house, but I must say for the price we paid I was disappointed.

Destiny Villa is absolutely gorgeous. It is perfect for families of all sizes or multiple families as it offers 5 huge bedrooms and 5 1/2 bathrooms and plenty of living space. Being just steps away from the beach and pool, Destiny Villa offers prime location in the most exclusive community in Destin, Fl. Destin is an awesome town with the most beautiful beaches in America. There is nowhere quite like it and we are excited you are considering staying at Destiny Villa.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

We love the open floor plan where everyone can eat, hang out or watch a movie together. Not to mention the roof top patio which provides a great view of the ocean and place to catch some rays while reading your favorite book. The elevator also is helpful when bringing older folks or ones with disabilities. (And luggage transportation for those who over pack!)
