This pristine top-floor (penthouse) condo offers 180° ocean views and is located directly on a powdery sand beach—just steps from private walk-out access to the sparkling Gulf waters. Located in a small, quiet complex this peaceful retreat is ideal for couples, families, or anyone craving a tranquil beach vacation. The building offers a pool overlooking the beach with loungers and 2 dedicated parking spaces.

Kitchen - Completely updated fully stocked kitchen with everything you need in a home away from home.
Living Room - Coastal decor and leather sofas with smart TV and slider access to private patio with beautiful ocean views.
Primary Bedroom - Oversized primary suite with king bed, two lounge chairs, smart TV, views of the ocean and private slider access to patio. Ensuite bathroom with double vanity sink and shower.
Second Bedroom - Queen bed, smart TV and partial ocean views, this room has plenty of natural light and beautiful sparkling ocean views.
Third Bedroom - Queen bed, smart TV.
Bathroom - Hallway bathroom with shower/tub combination and private washer/dryer.

Accessibility: Located on Floor 5 accessible by building elevator or 5 flights of stairs.
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
