This home is ideal for families bringing 10-12 people . The location is excellent for getting to Disney World quickly and with a Walmart close by it’s easy to grab essentials . The kids themed rooms were a huge hit for our 4 grandkids and the arcade was really fun for all of us , all ages . The host was very responsive for providing upfront information, follow up answers to my questions , and had a great check in process . We didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that but it did offer a lot of seating and pool toys from what I could see. We also didn’t have time to use the water park but it looked great as well! Overall a very favorable experience !!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect—close to parks, great restaurants, and everything we needed during our trip. The community itself is absolutely ideal for a relaxing stay: peaceful, safe, and truly welcoming. Our kids were obsessed with the themed bedrooms and spent hours enjoying the incredible game room. It made the trip extra special for themWe couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning. Highly, highly recommend!

What a fantastic Villa, The host was very accommodating throughout our stay with every communication promptly replied too. Even down to extra sheets for baby cot within 1 hour they were delivered. My 3 granddaughters couldn’t get enough of the princess and Toy Story themed rooms and the older boys (adults lol) the games room.Great location to all the Disney park’s literally 10 mins away or closer. Stayed in Kissimmee a number of times at various villas but this one is at the top.Thank you again for making our family holiday a pleasurable one x

We fully enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many Windsor Hills properties (single family, townhouses, and condos), including two others in the past year, but this is our new favorite! Our granddaughters helped choose this property because of the decorated rooms (even thought they did not intend to stay in either of them) and the game room. We liked the open field behind the house and a perfect viewing of sunrises over the pool. Our host was incredibly responsive, with some responses in just two or three minutes. He was likely the best host we have had for any home rental on any platform. We highly recommend this property!

It’s great to hear your granddaughters enjoyed helping choose the home, and that you were able to enjoy the sunrise views and open space behind the house. We really appreciate the kind words and would love to host you again.
