Just a short drive (or bus) from Copper Mountain, Ski Cooper, hiking/biking trails, and downtown, this mountain retreat offers stunning views, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and room to relax. Sleeps up to 6 with a queen bed, twin xl bunks, futon, and sleeper sofa. Store your gear, enjoy fresh air on the patio, and explore Colorado's and America's highest town in comfort.
This two-story townhome features a queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace, a second bedroom with twin bunk beds and a full-size bed, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy mountain views from two porches, cook meals in a full kitchen, and relax after a day outside. Free parking (3 spaces), fast Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, and laundry included. Whether you're skiing at Copper Mountain or Ski Cooper or hiking nearby peaks, this place is a perfect launchpad.
Guests have full access to the entire unit, including both bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry area, living space, and two outdoor porches. Free parking is available in front or behind the unit. Entry is keyless with a smart lock for easy self-check-in.
There is a locked outdoor storage unit reserved for the owner’s personal use, but guests are welcome to use the plastic shed in the fenced-in yard to store skis, bikes, camping gear, or other outdoor equipment.
Please note: Leadville sits at over 10,000 ft elevation, take it easy your first day and stay hydrated. The home does not have AC, but mountain air and fans keep it cool. During winter, snow and ice are common, use caution on the walkways. Shovel, salt, and HeatTrak mats are provided. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed.
