The Space:
Welcome to our modern duplex in Palermo Chico!

This 120 m2 apartment is the ideal place for families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy a comfortable and relaxed stay. With 2 bedrooms, 2 sofa beds and one bathroom, the apartment has enough space to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

The large separate living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy an afternoon of family movies. The apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms to ensure a pleasant stay at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook your favorite dishes and has a built-in laundry room for added convenience. The property has stairs inside to access the private terrace.

The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and relax in the pool or read a good read, while enjoying the grill. In addition, we offer high-speed internet so you can stay connected with loved ones or work during your stay.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

The Neighborhood:
Palermo Chico is a residential neighborhood known for being one of the most exclusive and elegant areas of the city, and for its wide tree-lined streets, historic mansions, and green spaces. In it is the famous Botanical Garden and the Galileo Galilei Planetarium.
In addition, Palermo Chico is surrounded by other interesting neighborhoods such as Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, which are famous for their nightlife, designer shops, bars and restaurants.
It is an ideal place for tourists looking to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of an elegant and sophisticated neighborhood, while being close to other tourist and entertainment venues in the city.

Getting Around:
Palermo offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Palermo Chico is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in the city, so it's likely that potential construction projects will be taking place in the surrounding areas during work hours approved by the municipality.

Interaction with Guests:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
