The host was friendly, respectful, and responsive, and the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I appreciated the separate entrance and the parking space in the driveway. The location offers convenient access to Mission Bay and downtown. Note that the accommodations are a bedroom and bathroom with an in-room mini-refrigerator and microwave. There is exterior, covered outside access for basic kitchen. I fully enjoyed my stay. I'd book this room again.

I was greeted right away by my host, very friendly and walked me through the rented space . It was a very room with all the amenities you could need . The bathroom and bedroom were very comfortable and modern. I really liked the art pieces . The neighborhood is a quiet cul de sac . Right near downtown and within driving to all over ! Excellent place to stay if your in San Diego

We booked this property for a 4 night stay where we spent the majority of our time in downtown. It was a cheap Lyft ride to and from the closest trolley station, so convenient. The property was super clean, fairly well stocked, and the host was very kind, uninteusive, and we barely noticed him. We will look into staying at this property for future trips to the area!

I was in San Diego for three weeks to help my family. Being able to return to Mr. & Mrs. Park's residence each night was very relaxing after a long day. The room and bath were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Mr. & Mrs. Park were kind and if I had questions or needed something they were quick to return my texts. Their place is in a quiet neighborhood and being a single woman, I always felt safe. You have easy access to San Diego and surrounding communities by way of I-805 or I-94. I was able to enjoy several different restaurants in the area. A big plus for me having stayed there for three weeks was use of a washer and dryer, much nicer than having to go find a laundromat somewhere. I would recommend their place for any short or long stays.

The description of "Enjoyable STUDIO" is very misleading, as this is not a studio, but a room in the person's home with a separate entrance. The room was very clean and quiet; however, I was not prepared to be in someone's home and hear them just on the other side of the wall. Other than that, it was a nice stay.
