We visited the condo from July 17-22 and our stay was good; the only complaint was the beds where horrible. The view of the beach was good, and the check-in process was very easy. We would use the condo again but hoping for better mattress on all beds and bunk beds.

The condo was very clean. Although there is not a direct beach view, it was a great place to stay. There were plenty of towels and room for 4 of us. Easy to use Roku TV’s and kitchen was equipped fine with what you need except for one thing. There were no spices at all. We had to buy salt and pepper. Overall great experience!

We stayed here for a long weekend with my two sons, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations.The location is the best part of this property. Beach access, parking, and the pool areas were clean and convenient. However, the unit itself and the management response created multiple frustrations.Upon arrival, one bed was unmade, there was hair on the sheets and pillowcases, and an extra comforter was visibly dirty. Some glassware smelled unwashed, there was a dirty blender in the kitchen; overall the condo did not feel properly cleaned.After reporting these issues, management said they would escalate the matter and follow up. Instead, housekeeping entered the condo the next early morning while we were away at breakfast. We returned to find belongings moved, a suitcase knocked over, clothing disturbed, and a remote on the floor. The original cleanliness concerns were still not resolved.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The thermostat repeatedly locked up, became unresponsive, went blank, or reset itself. The condo alternated between being too warm and freezing cold, including one night when it dropped to 57 degrees. Management later acknowledged the problem and scheduled service after our departure.Great location, but the cleanliness issues, uncoordinated entry, and ongoing HVAC problems significantly impacted our stay. I would not stay in this unit again unless these issues are addressed.
