Perfect for large families or groups of friends, this walkable location puts local cafés, restaurants, markets, and boutique shops all within easy reach.
GROUND FLOOR
The ground floor of both residences features two guest bedrooms and a hallway bathroom. Each includes:
GUEST BEDROOM (2 Total):
- Queen-size bed
GUEST BEDROOM (2 Total):
- Two twin-size beds
HALLWAY BATHROOM (2 Total):
- Combination shower/bathtub
UPPER FLOOR
The second floor of both residences features the living room, kitchen, dining area and primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Each includes:
LIVING ROOM (2 Total):
- Sofa with streaming cable TV
- Ceiling fan and wall-mounted A/C unit
KITCHEN/DINING (2 Total):
- Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, large and small appliances
- Dining table with seating for six, countertop seating for two
- Guests must provide their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, and paper goods (napkins, plastic wrap, etc.)
PRIMARY BEDROOM (2 Total):
- Queen-size bed with en-suite bathroom
EN-SUITE BATHROOM (2 Total):
- Combination shower/bathtub
OUTDOOR LIVING (1 Total):
Both residences share the front ocean view patio, which features a dining table for four, a market umbrella, and a propane BBQ grill
ALSO INCLUDED:
- Wi-Fi
- Central heating
- 8 beach chairs
- Hair dryer; iron/ironing board
- Starter supplies: liquid hand/body soap; dish soap; dishwasher caps; sponge; kitchen trash bags; 2-4 rolls toilet paper; 1 paper towel roll (guests must provide additional amounts, along with personal toiletries)
DUE TO THE TYPICALLY MODERATE COASTAL CLIMATE, THIS HOUSE - LIKE MOST IN THE AREA - DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL AIR.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 4 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
PARKING:
Two designated garage parking spaces, one on the right and one on the left. Street parking when available, both metered and unmetered.
LAUNDRY:
Free laundry facilities are available in each residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
