Welcome to Seabright Haven by AvantStay!
Set in the heart of Coupeville on Whidbey Island, Seabright Haven is a radiant coastal escape where charm, comfort, and connection come effortlessly together. This thoughtfully designed property is made up of three private living spaces—a main house, an attached guest house, and a detached guest cottage—offering the perfect setup for families or groups seeking both togetherness and privacy.
Just minutes from Penn Cove’s shimmering waterfront and the quaint shops and cafés of historic Front Street, this retreat blends small-town serenity with the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest.
Step inside the Main House, where sunlight fills an open-concept living area featuring plush seating, a cozy fireplace, and a smart TV—ideal for curling up after a day of exploring Ebey’s Landing or strolling along the Coupeville Wharf. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a breakfast nook that seats four, and a dining table for eight makes shared meals easy and enjoyable. You’ll find one king suite upstairs and another downstairs, each with ensuite bathrooms offering walk-in showers and bright, modern finishes.
The Attached Guest House includes its own full kitchen, a queen bedroom, and a cozy loft with an additional queen mattress, perfect for kids or close friends.
The Detached Guest Cottage offers even more privacy with a queen bedroom, a comfortable pull-out queen sofa, and a kitchenette, making it an ideal space for extended family members or guests wanting extra space to unwind.
Altogether, Seabright Haven sleeps up to 12 guests across four bedrooms and one loft, with five bathrooms in total—including one featuring a soaking tub for a spa-like unwind.
Outdoors, you’ll find a serene oasis designed for relaxation and connection. The garden patio invites you to gather around the firepit, grill on the BBQ, or enjoy al fresco meals beneath the pergola. Unwind in the private sauna, or retreat to the greenhouse—a peaceful glass-enclosed nook perfect for reading, morning coffee, or quiet reflection.
From this tranquil setting, it’s just a short drive to Deception Pass State Park, Greenbank Farm, and the Port Townsend ferry. Spend your days kayaking on Penn Cove, savoring local mussels, or exploring Coupeville’s historic charm.

- Whidbey Island is home to a naval air base. On a few weekdays each month (and occasionally in the evening), you may hear loud flight training. The Navy does not conduct training on weekends or holidays and typically publishes the schedule one week in advance.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Detached Guest House has an additional queen mattress available for guest use.
Parking Details:
- Parking available on the driveway.
- Two EV charging bays are located in the town/library parking lot behind the property.
All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
