The Master bedroom is outfitted with a King size bed and Smart TV. The ensuite bathroom has a beautiful large walk in shower with a built in bench and a double vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed as well as a separate bathroom with a walk in shower.
The backyard area is a private oasis with a gorgeous pool and spa with a tranquil water feature. The backyard has plenty of space for entertaining and is outfitted with loungers as well as another separate dining area.
Guests have full access to a 2 car car garage as well as another separate gated front patio area.
This home is located on a quiet street in the "all ages" portion of the Trilogy community. This gated community has 24/7 Security and club amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center, resort/lap pools, spa, poker/billiards room, restaurant, art & culinary studios. Community features putting green, bocce ball court & large chess game area as well.
This property is only available for long term stays of 30 days or more.
