With deep water access and no bridges or locks, even large boats can reach the Gulf of Mexico. The private 1,200 sq. ft. dock and Captain's Walk offer space to moor your boat, relax, or enjoy fishing. Fishing equipment is provided for your convenience.
Outdoor Living & Pool
Relax in the south-facing screened lanai with a heated pool and Jacuzzi spa. The covered patio features an outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, and comfortable lounge seating. Surrounded by lush tropical gardens, it's the perfect private retreat to soak up the Florida sun.
Comfortable Interiors
The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are bright and welcoming. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. The living room has a Smart TV, and bedrooms include standard TVs. The master suite offers a king-size bed, waterfront views, direct pool access, and a private ensuite bathroom.
