Relax on the leather sectional, stream on the large Roku TV, and recharge with USB outlets throughout.
The space
Step outside to a welcoming patio, playground, and lighted path from your private parking to the entrance. Nestled in the heart of Sugar House, you’re minutes from shops, cafés, and local favorites like Feldman’s Deli and Eggs in the City. Downtown Salt Lake is just 15 minutes away, with easy access to Parley’s Trail for a peaceful walk or bike ride—and world-class ski/biking resorts only a short drive beyond.
Guest access
In addition to your private area, guests have shared access to outdoor amenities including a patio, two flagstone seating areas with Adirondack chairs, a playground, and a well-kept backyard lawn featuring a relaxing hammock.
Other things to note
For the comfort of all guests, pets and smoking or vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property.
