We chose this neighborhood because it captures everything we love about Ocean Isle Beach—quiet, relaxed, and family-friendly, while still being just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and local activities.
The area has a peaceful coastal charm, with neighbors who take pride in their homes and look out for one another. It’s the kind of place where you can step into the backyard—just off the main living area—and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the calm, coastal breeze.
