This stunning 1890s Victorian blends historic charm with modern comfort. Outfitted with all the essentials. A spacious eat-in kitchen seats 8 guests and is fully stocked. It's a bright space with recessed lighting and exposed brick. Located on a quiet one way street in the heart of Washington DC. Endless award-winning restaurants and museums are just a short walk.
The space
This private three level home boasts approximately 3200 sq ft of space and is fully equipped to accommodate up to 8 guests.

→ A private entrance & self check-in via smart lock
→ Four bedrooms + two bathrooms + 1 half bath
→ Full kitchen + Coffeemaker + Coffee
→ Full size washer & dryer
→ 2 Desks in separate bedrooms
→ Independent central air/heat with Nest thermostat
→ Games, puzzles and books for children and adults alike!
☛ Where you will sleep: All four bedroom suites feature luxurious Casper mattresses
→ One king-size bed
→ Three queen-size beds.
☛ Where you will cook: Our deluxe kitchen has everything you need to cook, or store your leftovers from any of the spectacular restaurants in the neighborhood.
→ Dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee cups, wine glasses, champagne flutes
→ Pots and pans, cooking utensils,
→ Salt and pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
→ Sink with a garbage disposal + dishwasher

☛ You will have full use of the house, excluding the basement which is occupied by the homeowner.
☛ You will be provided a unique door code before your arrival and may come and go as you please.
