We love it here! The house is clean, great for families, and has amazing views - we watched whales from the patio in early September! We also love the quiet village of Westport. It has a friendly little convenience store and easy access to the beach.

Heart Song is a wonderful property. The house is cozy and well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Anything you can possibly need is in a cupboard or drawer. Perched on a rocky shore overlooking the Pacific, the property and home have breathtaking views. The setting is rustic, the home is unpretentious, warm and welcoming, and the views are heavenly. Our hearts did sing when we stayed at Heart Song in Westport.

The view is even more remarkable than pictures show! The house is also much more quaint and cuter than shown. It felt as if we were at a family's heirloom home. We spent most of our time in Mendocino and Fort Bragg, so the house was a bit remote; however, it was worth the drive which is beautiful on its own. The towels could definitely use updating and it was a little stuffy when we first arrived. Opening windows helped a lot. The breeze is divine! Oh and there's a frosted window in the shower which made the women feel uncomfortable while showering. Otherwise, a wonderful stay!!!

We’ve been visiting Westport for years and stayed at the Whale House at least 7–8 times. When it was sold a few years ago, we were heartbroken, but we eventually discovered Heart Song and decided to give it a try. We’re so glad we did.Our stay was exactly the reset we needed: peaceful, relaxing, and a perfect escape from the demands of everyday work life. Being so close to the ocean, with constant views of the water and the soothing sound of the waves, felt incredibly restorative. Our dog loved it just as much, spending hours sunbathing and enjoying the large yard overlooking the Pacific.The home itself was spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had an amazing time and are already looking forward to coming back!

The Heartsong is the perfect place for our family. It is well equipped, comfortable, and has a wonderful view and a deck to watch the ocean. We have stayed several times and hope to return.

The house layout was odd. The kitchen and living space was all upstairs and the bedrooms were on the first level. The one bedroom at the front of the house was very drafty and kept getting bugs. The second bedroom area was split in to 2 sections with the laundry area in the middle. Over all the house was nice and the management company was very helpful and accommodating. Definitely would stay again but will pack differently to accommodate the upstairs kitchen situation.

The property has a great view. There was a few issues during the stay, but the Host and Property Manager took care of it after discussion with the Host. I will say my kids enjoyed the beach that is near by and watching the sunset every evening. I will recommend this place for anyone who wants a beautiful getaway. Also, there is a guest book where the original owner of the house wrote about the history of the home. It was beautiful to read.
