This upscale renovated condo is close to everything the Kimball Jctn/Newpark area has to offer. Whether you’re in town to ski (5-7 mins away), bike (trail access right out the door), or visit any of the surrounding mountain lakes or golf course, you are in the right spot. Our area is 100% walkable to restaurants, bars, shopping, movie theatre, Live music (summer months) and much more. Rest and relax in the fresh mountain air, or hit it full speed from the surrounding peaks.
The space
This Park City retreat is 2bedroom/2bathrooms complete with 2 separate decks with breathtaking views of the Utah Olympic Park. You will have private access
to the entire space to include the private garage, common areas with outdoor lounging and fire pit.
Guest access
While staying with us, you will have full access to the entire condo and the complex common spaces. The unit has a private garage attached to the unit, and great little dining/lounging area complete with a large outdoor cozy fireplace.
