The house was excellent value for money, mostly clean just a few cobwebs on the light fittings, it was comfortable, with a reasonable selection of kitchen equipment. The keurig coffee machine was a nice touch. The area was lovely and quiet, I would certainly recommend this property to others. The host was very helpful answered all enquiries promptly,

This home was PERFECT for our family vacation. The home was beautiful and very spacious. The pool was the perfect size for our group. It was exactly what we wanted! The community area was so much fun for not only the kids, but the adults too! The hosts were very communicative and answered questions I had. They made us feel very welcome! I definitely recommend this home to everyone!

The house at first glance was beautiful but we ran into several issues and was poorly maintained. The biggest issue was that we were not informed on how the pool heating worked and the water temperature was 94.6 degrees and the water was cloudy when we first arrived. We eventually reached out to the company and were informed the heating was managed remotely. No instructions were left at the house either. It did not become comfortable until we requested that the heat was completely turned off. The dryer door did not close properly but was fixed by maintenance on our 3rd or 4th day. The freezer door was hard to open and was looked at but not repaired during our stay. The bracket for the curtain rod on the back door by the pool was broken and had packing tape around the rod. However, this didn’t create any inconvenience entering or exiting the door. The air hockey table in the game room did not work during our entire stay. The arcade game turned on but the buttons did not work so it was unusable. One of the pool table pockets was broken and pool balls fell out of it on multiple occasions. Finally, the patio furniture in the lanai were metal and did not have cushions on them and made sitting on them uncomfortable. The neighbor is beautiful but we were disappointed in how the house was maintained. Customer service did attempt to assist and were polite but I felt we started to get the runaround and they were not as responsive once we started pointing out issues.

Hello April, we’re sorry your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Since pool heating is an optional paid service, it was maintained above 95°F; once you asked us to turn it off, we did so remotely and refunded the remaining unused amount. Regarding the maintenance items, we addressed them as quickly as possible once reported, although some repairs took longer because we rely on third-party vendors. Despite these issues, we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience. 😊
