Introducing the new Creekside Den! Our inviting 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin comfortably accommodates the entire family. Featuring new bathrooms, new furniture and decor, our home exudes warmth and comfort. Enjoy the newly upgraded primary bathroom upstairs and a convenient half bath in the bunk room. Located in Kings Beach, you’re just a short walk from shops, restaurants, golf and Kings Beach State Beach. Your Tahoe getaway awaits!

You’ll find North Tahoe Beach, Old Brockaway Golf Course, grocery stores, and fantastic dining options all within a short 10-minute walk. If you're planning a winter getaway, Northstar Ski Resort is just a quick 10-minute drive away, making it easy to hit the slopes.
Aside from a few locked closets guests will have access to the entire home.
Welcome to the newly refreshed Creekside Den! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath cabin is an excellent retreat for families, comfortably accommodating everyone with ease. Step inside to discover a warm and welcoming atmosphere, enhanced by brand-new furniture and decor that creates a cozy yet stylish space.
The cabin features a newly upgraded primary bathroom upstairs, offering a walk in shower for your comfort. You'll also find a convenient half bath in the bunk room, perfect for the little ones. Our new laundry room adds to the convenience, providing all the comforts of home during your stay.
Relax in the spacious living area, which boasts new furniture designed for comfort and relaxation. Step outside to enjoy the new deck furniture, where you can soak up beautiful surroundings and fresh mountain air. With new linens throughout the home, every bedroom is a haven of comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.
The outside space is as comfortable as this inside with a picnic table, Adirondack chairs and a babbling creek running through the bottom of the property. The covered hot tub completes the yard as a sanctuary for relaxation.

Situated in Kings Beach, this property provides excellent access to various transportation options. You can easily walk to nearby beaches, shops, and restaurants, making exploration convenient and enjoyable. Main roads like Highway 28 are nearby, allowing for straightforward travel to popular destinations, including ski resorts such as Northstar and Palisades Tahoe.

*We can welcome no more than 9 adults.
*Snow and Plowing: Neighborhood roads are well-maintained. Plow services run a few times per day during winter storms. This is the mountains! 4-wheel drive / All-wheel drive with snow tires is an absolute must for safe arrival during winter storms. Keep an eye on weather and traffic conditions, especially from October to May.
*Outdoor furniture may not be available in the winter months (October - May).
*This is a multilevel home with stairs to 2 bedrooms.
*Due to extreme wildfire risk, any type of outdoor wood burning fireplaces, fire pits, or charcoal grills are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines starting at $5,000 per Lake Tahoe short term rental regulations.
*This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in additional fines and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
*As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
