Welcome to Spinnaker Sanctuary!
We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure your stay is relaxing and enjoyable. Please take a moment to review these important house guidelines 🌴

🌟 General

Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM

Maximum occupancy: 5 guests

No parties, events, or large gatherings – quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM

Registered guests only; no unapproved visitors

Please treat the home with care and report any damages immediately

🐾 Pets

🐾 No Pets Allowed
This home is a pet-free property to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.
Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee and possible immediate removal.

💦 Pool & Outdoor Area

Private pool

Please do not adjust pool timer

Pool hours: 8 AM – 10 PM

No glass in or near the pool area — plastic only

Children must be supervised at all times

Return patio furniture and cushions to the screened lanai after use

Outdoor grill provided — please clean grates after use

🚭 Smoking

No smoking or vaping inside the home or lanai

Smoking is permitted outside only — please use ashtrays and dispose of waste properly

🧺 Cleaning & Supplies

A starter supply of paper goods, soap, and trash bags is provided; guests replenish as needed

Please rinse dishes and start the dishwasher before checkout

Place used towels in the laundry area and leave beds unmade

🗑️ Trash & Recycling

Trash pickup: Tuesday mornings

Please roll bins to the curb Monday evening

After pickup, return bins and store them neatly on the garage side of the house

Keep lids securely closed to prevent wildlife access

🔧 Maintenance

Notify Paradise Breeze immediately of any maintenance or safety concerns

Unauthorized repairs or service calls will not be reimbursed

💰 Fines & Fees

Excessive cleaning, smoking, or unauthorized guests/pets may result in additional charges

Lost keys, remotes, or parking passes: $50 replacement fee
