The house was in an excellent location; we visited the water park, boardwalk/beach, outlets, and restaurants all located within less than a 15 minute drive. The house was clean and spacious. It was a little disappointing and even baffling that there was only one TV in the entire house given that “smart TVs” only require internet and are very inexpensive. Additional TVs would add to the enjoyment of the house guests, specifically in the evenings or on rainy days. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful home in a lovely community. Great for walking, running and bicycle riding— access to trails We were able to walk to the Rehobeth boardwalk — close to other beaches and the ferry. My family was on slightly different schedules- early risers and late time movie watchers. The house is quiet and no one was disturbed by others. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms are as described. There is only one TV in the living room- which was fine with my group (But I note it because some renters may want televisions in the bedrooms as well)Overall- I would stay here again if our plans bring us back to Rehobeth

Better television operating instructions would have been very helpful. It also would have been nice to have access to basic and local channels. TVs in other rooms would have been great. The stools around the kitchen island are wobbly and need to be repaired or replaced. With all that said, we would definitely stay there again. Very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. Large. Clean. Convenient access. Community pool. Would rent again.
