The space is nice and open. Beds were comfortable. It is a busy corner so be aware of a lot of foot traffic. We were able to park one vehicle in the garage and squeezed in two vehicles in the driveway in the back.

We really enjoyed our stay everything was perfect I love everything about the property …. Didn’t have any issues whatsoever just needed a bit help with parking the host made things simple but efficient will be renting again

Host was great with responding. Place was as describe. Plenty of room for 8 people to hang out and play games. Close to US Stadium. Made for a wonderful weekend playing games with family and went to Packer/Viking game.

Beautiful place to stay right in the city, close to soccer field and airport. Garage parking was a huge plus and Laijah was responsive. 2 of the bedrooms do have some traffic/train noise, but nothing terrible once you fall asleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at this home everything about it was perfect I loved that it has a garage & it was private. The check in process was super easy. The home is on Snelling & University so take with that info how you will but it is right across from Allianz field & many stores & right off of 94 which was convenient for me. I loved how she welcomed us with a little sign & some cute christmas decorations. Everything was clean & well put together. I will definitely be a returning guest.

Unfortunately we had a rough couple of days and ended up foregoing our last night. The house did not appear to have been cleaned between stays. The owner was very responsive to communications and it’s clear a lot of effort in renovations had been put into the space. We took a risk on location but unfortunately just not a good fit for our family so we cut our trip short. Lots of homeless people surrounding the area and a few that were sleeping up against the garage when we left in the morning. The flat is located on the upper level of a strip mall and at a busy intersection. If you’re a light sleeper, the light rail runs right outside the house. Soccer stadium right across the street so convenient for those perhaps in town briefly for an event.

I’m sorry parts of your stay did not meet expectations, particularly regarding cleanliness, which I take seriously and have addressed. Regarding the location, I understand it may not have been the right fit for your family. As a downtown property, the area is active and urban, but I do want to note there is a visible police and transit security presence in front of the building, especially at night, and guest safety has always been a priority. The home’s location near transit and the stadium has been a convenience many guests enjoy, though I understand preferences vary. I appreciate your feedback as I continue working to improve the guest experience.
