The space:
Welcome to your home, away from home where your comfort is our privilege. A stay beyond expectations, this rental is located in the heart of LA, central to all the popular tourist areas. Experience the Beverly Hills vibe with being just steps away from Rodeo Drive premier designer shopping, Beverly Drive exquisite dining, and world-class entertainment. Just a few minutes away from the grand Hillcrest Country Club where you can play golf and tennis. Just minutes away from grocery stores (Pavilions, Ralphs, Walgreens) where you can shop for groceries and essentials. A location perfectly positioned to suit both leisure and convenience.
This two-story residence, with over 4,000 sq ft of living space has plenty of room to relax and unwind for every member of your group. It features five beautifully decorated bedrooms with 10 cozy beds, accommodating 14 guests in total, offering comfort and relaxation for your entire family.
These beds consist of a beautiful canopy king bed, three charming queen beds, and six additional twin beds with pull-out trundles — thoughtfully designed to accommodate extra guests in comfort and style.
This private home features a fully equipped kitchen designed for memorable culinary experiences, a coffee bar where you can kickstart your mornings, a beautiful dining room and two separate living room spaces for relaxing with family and friends. It consists of a game room which seamlessly opens to a poolside paradise, featuring a spacious swimming pool, relaxing jacuzzi, built-in BBQ grill, and amazing city views.
Guests traveling with a baby will also have access to Pack-n-play, available upon request.
Pets may be accommodated upon request and with prior approval. Kindly reach out before booking as prior approval is required.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire private property, using a unique keypad entry.
Other things to note:
We kindly ask that no parties or events be held at the property. We have cameras in the front and back of the property that monitors entry and exit of every guest. Unauthorized gatherings will result in a violation fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund. Please let us know the number of people staying in the home and give us a heads-up if you’re expecting any visitors. This helps us keep everything safe and comfortable.
In respecting our neighbors, we ask that any outdoor noise, including music or conversations, be kept to a minimum after 9 PM. Pool use should also wrap up by then, especially for kids or groups.
While we are blessed with beautiful California weather, heating of the pool and jacuzzi is an optional feature, available upon request with an additional charge.
This is a Smoke-free environment. Smoking is not allowed inside or outside of the property, including the backyard area, game room or nearby pool and BBQ space. Thank you for keeping our home safe and smoke-free.
Please note that, in compliance with local authorities, guests may be asked to present valid identification with their reservations. This will be used solely for reservation purposes and will not be retained on file.
