Take the elevator up to the rooftop patio and soak in panoramic views of the city and harbour — a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. With secure building access, underground parking, and bike storage, The Juliet Haven provides a stylish, welcoming home base for your Victoria stay!

Perfectly located in the heart of downtown Victoria, you are just steps from the Inner Harbour, Parliament Buildings, Royal BC Museum, Beacon Hill Park, and the Fairmont Empress Hotel, as well as cafés, restaurants, and boutique shops.
Important Notes:
MINIMUM STAY: This unit requires a minimum stay of 90 days.
AMENITIES: Building amenities as advertised may not be open due to operational constraints. If the advertised amenities are important to you, please inquire about their availability before making the reservation.
CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit.
GUEST ACCESS: You will have the entire apartment to yourself throughout your stay. You are provided with two keysets including fobs for access to the suite and parking garage.
PARKING: One (1) underground secure parking spots are included in the rental.
GARAGE HEIGHT: 7 ft (2.13 m) - If you have a large vehicle, please be sure and check the garage clearance for the building to make sure your vehicle will fit.
BICYCLE STORAGE: The ENCORE Building offers bicycle storage, operating on a first come first serve basis. This means that there is no guarantee that a spot will be available in the bicycle storage to store your bicycle upon your arrival. Therefore, if you plan to bring your bicycle(s) along, please reach out to Victoria Prime to discuss before booking.
NON-SMOKING: All our properties are NON-SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance.
QUIET HOURS: From 10pm to 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25.
Additionally, please take note of the following:
• Pets are not permitted.
• Victoria Prime cannot guarantee the functionality of building amenities during your stay, as this is beyond our control.
• Wi-Fi may be unavailable in the common areas of the building.
• No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by Victoria Prime.

In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
