Step outside and dive into lake life! Your private dock (with ~4.5 ft water depth) is your launchpad for adventure. Paddle out on 4 kayaks and 2 stand-up paddleboards, cast a line, or just float and soak up the sun. As evening falls, ambient dock lighting sets the mood, and the underwater fish light adds a splash of magic, keep an eye out for “The Big One” gliding by!

We picked this neighborhood because it’s the perfect mix of “close to everything” and “just far enough away.” Our little cove is like a secret hideout, peaceful tucked off the main lake, with front-row views but none of the boat traffic chaos. That means smooth waters for safe swimming and prime fishing without dodging wakes.
Head down to the dock in the morning and you’ll catch the turtles sunbathing on the logs while the water lies still, like glass, thanks to our protected spot. The neighborhood? Mostly laid-back folks who appreciate the same quiet charm.
