Sii il primo a rilassarti e goditi il tuo soggiorno in questo splendido appartamento arredato con gusto, tre camere da letto e quattro bagni. Venite a vedere la grande cucina personalizzata e una TV HD da 50 'nel soggiorno, e TV HD a schermo piatto in tutte le camere da letto.



Entrando non puoi fare a meno di tirare fuori un sospiro e lasciare che le tue preoccupazioni vadano mentre ti rilassi in questo condominio di 3000 m². Il soggiorno esposto a nord ha finestre dal pavimento al soffitto e viste mozzafiato. Un wet-bar e il produttore di ghiaccio miglioreranno ogni festa. La grande sala bonus offre viste incredibili sulle onde e sulla spiaggia e sulla spiaggia dal balcone.



La camera da letto principale dell'appartamento ha un letto matrimoniale, la seconda camera ha due letti matrimoniali e la terza camera ha un letto matrimoniale. C'è anche un divano letto nel soggiorno e un divano letto nella sala bonus che offre posti letto per 12.

Best condo in the whole building

Nicest Condo

This condo was very roomy, nice location, and fully stocked kitchen. My family and I really enjoyed this condo. We did not experience elevator delays as the other reviews stated. There are also, carts and baskets to load your stuff. The indoor/outdoor pool, & Jacuzzi was very nice.

Not as expected

The condo was not cleaned very well prior to our arrival, we had to clean it from top to bottom before we could do anything. There was a lot of garbage pieces left throughout the bedrooms, dirty dishes in cabinets, and dust everywhere. The 2 sofa beds were dirty and the sheets were not changed on them. The furniture is warn out and stained. All rooms have TV's, but none of them are smart tvs so can only watch cable during the stay. There was random loud noises that would happen every night at the same time and could not figure out where it was coming from - not coming from neighbors or condo aboveFor the price of the property, it did not meet standards. We will not be staying at this listing again and will not be recommending it to anyone

Was okay!

The day of check in was absolutely ridiculous. Waited on elevators from 45 to 75 minutes. Did get a little better during the week. Room was not ready for check in. I drove 8 hours and you would think with the late check in being 4:30 PM the room would be ready. It was not ready until 5:10PM. The beach is extremely crowded as well as pools and lazy River. The condo was nice but dishwasher was dirty and my wife had to clean windows because you couldn’t see out of them. We will not be back.

Plenty of Space

The condo was clean and well-stocked for this group of 8 recently graduated young men and a couple of old guys along for the ride. It was a great place for "the friend group", who have been together since sixth grade, to have their last hoorah before heading to college in the fall. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could ask for to prepare meals. Having a knife sharpener would be a bonus, but we still made it. It is a great space to gather together and enjoy each other's company and offers space for individuals to break off for personal space. We loved the multi-views from the balconies, you get bay views, city views, and ocean views We would definitely stay here again if we need a place for a large group.

Perfect Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was a perfect choice for our group of 6 Adults and 6 kids(10,7,5,3,3,and1). The bonus room with the pull out bed was a great place for the kids to hang out to give the adults a break. The condo was tidy and had plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Furnishings were nice and the extra ice maker and mini fridge in the bonus room were helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of dishes, baking pans, crockpot, large pots and pans, and coffee pot. Rooms were well stocked with towels. Master bed was pretty uncomfortable, and might be due for a new mattress. The pool area was a hit with the kids. They enjoyed the lazy river and water slide.The splash pad was also a hit with the little kids. Access to the beach was a short walk on the boardwalk. We were able to rent chairs/umbrellas for the week which was nice instead of carrying them back & forth. We had no issues during our stay. Check in and parking passes were easily obtained. We would definitely stay here again.

There were only a couple of minor issues. The elevator situation can be trying at times if you are going during peak season. We went in July. And we weren’t supplied with Laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent or dishwashing soap and trash bags. Other than that, a wonderful experience!

Family Vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. Plenty of space, clean, kitchen had everything we needed, good location, on the beach, beautiful sunset, could see fireworks from balcony. We went for Memorial Day week so we expected it to be crowded, which it was (however by Tuesday the crowds lessened). Our only issues which are not about the condo were the waiting for the elevator and that parking levels are to the 12 floor but the condo was on the 20th. Lesson learned for us . The condo had everything we needed for our stay. 4 baths was a plus after a day at the beach. I would recommend this condo.

Great condo for multiple families

Phoenix West II 2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival at 5:45, the door to our unit was wide open. We went in and unloaded our bags then went to dinner. When we got back, we were all tired and ready for bed. Let me just say I have never owned a set of sheets that were as worn out as much as every set in our condo had...they were thread bare. The kitchen was just about as bad...every pot or pan in the cabinet was burnt. The furniture in both living area's were dirty...crumbs all over the main living room furniture. The bathrooms were less than clean & not very well stocked with towels...had to wash towels the first full day there.On our last morning we took some of our belongings to the van. when we came back up at 8:30am, the cleaning crew was going into our room!!! Not cool!!! 2 young ladies and a 2 or 3 year old child...non English speaking! First of all, they need to wait until checkout time has passed, second, this day and time that is very dangerous! Just as our door code doesn’t work until check in time of 4:30, the housekeeping crews codes shouldn’t work until after 10:00, check out time.Overall this unit needs to be restocked with towels, bed linens, full kitchen restock from silverware to cookware...this unit is too nice to have such worn wares. Luckily we had brought things to cook and had a few bowls and serving pieces that we used. The furniture throughout has seen better days & was stained and dirty!Despite these issues, we DID have a great time, but we will be a little more careful next time.

Plenty of room for everyone to just chill. Kids liked the lazy river and pool. So many good resturants nearby.There were however a few things that would have made the stay amazing! *master bath showerhead on the R side only produced warm water, not warm enough to shower *toilet paper holder in MB broken*need trash can in hall bath*ice maker in bar needs to be cleaned*hard to get ice out of refrig in kitchen, gets floor wet*need light in vent hood over stove*need new cutting board, can opener (rusted), new fry pans to replace burned out pans*sofa and loveseat in living room are worn out*bed in master worn out too*need broom and dustpan or a working vacumn Thanks

Very nice place. The bonus room was really nice to hang out in with our big family of 20. And each bedroom had their own bathroom, another bonus!

Great for large Families and groups

This size of this condo was really a huge plus. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to stained/soiled bedding. Pictures were emailed to owner. We enjoyed our stay. The resort is huge, so expect a lot of people crowding the pool, the beach directly in front of the condo and waiting on the elevator. 30 stories, we were on the 20th. Our teenage granddaughter had a blast with other well behaved teenagers.
