With space to accommodate up to nine adults or eight adults with two children, Casa 52 is an ideal choice for families, groups, or friends looking for a serene and well-equipped vacation home.

The open-concept living area provides a welcoming space to unwind, complete with a 40” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, microwave, oven, blender, stove, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and a dishwasher—perfect for preparing meals and enjoying time together. For added convenience, an in-unit washer and dryer ensure a hassle-free stay.

Step outside to the private pool area, where you’ll find a gas BBQ grill and a round table with four chairs, making it a great spot for outdoor dining and relaxation. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening meal, the outdoor space enhances the overall vacation experience.

Playa Grande, one of Costa Rica`s best surfing beaches is located just a 5-minute drive from the property. Enjoy a surf lesson, a swim, or a walk on the beautiful sandy shores of this natural wonder. Tamarindo, Playa Conchal, Playa Brasilito, and Playa Flamingo are all within a short 15-20 min drive.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and/or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine the damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- There are security cameras set up outside of the home that are only active in between guest stays when the house is empty. There are no interior cameras whatsoever.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
-Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.
