• Due to the high alpine location and cool nightly temperatures, most units are not equipped with air conditioning.
• Mountain view and village view are unavailable.

• Notice to Summer and Fall Guests:
St James Place is currently undergoing major construction now through late November. There will be no access to the front drive and main entrance of the building during this time. Access to the entire building is limited to the garage. Construction in the courtyard will be ongoing daily and may be disruptive at times. Some units overlook the courtyard area where construction is taking place. Units are not equipped with air conditioning, so it's usually necessary to have the windows open. This should be complete by 11/25/25. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
