Casa Natura is a lovely 3,800 sq ft two-story home features 4 bedrooms and 4 full/2 half baths, fully equipped kitchen, private pool with golf course view, outdoor area with grill and outdoor seating, and so much more! With sleeping space for up to 8 guests, our location is ideal for groups, families, business travel, and more.

This region has one of the largest infrastructures for a beach community. Restaurants, grocery stores, banks, medical care, casino, and souvenir shopping are also short drives away. Many tours are offered close-by such as ATVs, horseback riding, fishing, boating, kayaking, stand up paddle boards, jet sking, canopy tours, hiking, bike rentals, etc.

Casa Natura is a Mediterranean-style villa with a linear and zen design that integrates very well in the Guanacaste and tropical landscape. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 full / 2 half bathrooms, we have space for 8 guests, making our place the perfect spot for families, friends, and group travel! Our main floor has an open design featuring a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The bedroom area is separate and has three suites-bedrooms, each with private bathrooms and two of them with walk-in closets. Between the sleeping area and the social area sits a family room and a guest bathroom, a total of four spacious bedrooms with comfortable linens, and 6 bathrooms. On the first floor you will find 3 full bathrooms (one for each bedroom) and 2 half bathrooms, one in the living room and another one in the pool area). The second floor has 1 full bathroom. The backyard is located next to the pool area- a beautiful green field can be seen from there. The pool itself is huge! Plenty of space for entertaining. The terrace includes backyard furniture to enjoy time outdoors- there is no fence, but you’ll have full privacy.

Hacienda Pinilla is Costa Rica`s premier beachfront golf and equestrian community with a stunning 4,500-acre property situated on Costa Rica`s famous Gold Coast, with 3 miles of pristine beaches, tropical dry forests, nature reserves, and riding trails. We’re located only 15 minutes south of bustling Tamarindo and less than one hour from the Liberia International Airport.

There is no need to make reservations to use the pool at the beach club in Pinilla. The beach club hours are Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am - 10:00 pm. There is a $45 fee per person including kids. Guest can access the gym at the club, it is included on the fee. The restaurant is open for dinner from Monday to Friday. NOTE: The Beach Club is Closed from Oct.6-19th- we apologize for any inconvenience.

-Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
- Please note: Golf carts are not permitted to be parked or charged on-site at our home. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
- Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,750. We understand accidents happen, so we`ve got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
