Tulip Tree Cottage is 10 min to Downtown & the River Arts District, 5 min to Highland Brewing, Biltmore House, or the Blue Ridge Pkwy entrance. This sweet cottage has been totally remodeled with high-end stainless steel appliances, hand hewn wood accents, ceramic floors & lots of modern touches. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and privacy fencing in backyard. Hiking, mountain biking, shopping & the French Broad River are all within 15 minutes. Monthly stays welcome.

I live close by but you'll be able to check in without me. I'm happily available through the app or by text.

Located in Oakley (a residential neighborhood) just 2.5 miles from Biltmore House entrance, Biltmore Village and Downtown Asheville.

Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

We are locals who take pride in providing in a clean and comfy spot for your vacation. The location can't be beat if you want to be near it all! We are locals and can be available on short notice should you need anything during your stay. The home has many modern touches and high-end finishes yet has that warm, comfy feel.

Our home is located in the Oakley Community which is a residential neighborhood. There is a public park 1 mile away where you can play tennis, let the kids play on the playground, take a run, or have a picnic.

We provide a corn hole game for a little friendly competition.

Total square feet is approximately 920.

Excellent location near everything you want to do.

Girls' Getaway Weekend

We had a wonderful time in this cozy, clean, and well stocked cottage. Perfect location for a quiet stay but just minutes away from Asheville's best tourist spots. Great communication and service from the host. I highly recommend this cottage for your next getaway!

Cozy home near Biltmore

Cute and (seemed newly updated) 2 bedroom home near Biltmore and close to downtown Asheville. Bed in front room was very comfy ( although pillows were flat). Home was clean, cozy and had everything we needed for our 3- day stay. Owner was good with communication, friendly and helpful! Great home for a family of 4 to enjoy Biltmore and Asheville.

Sister Trip

This property was just right for my sister and me. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the pans, utensils, and dishes needed if you wanted to eat at home. It was an easy drive to downtown Asheville and the surrounding areas of extra sites. Very clean and modern furnishings. Cozy front open porch area. We would stay here again if we come back to the area

Charming cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at Tulip Tree Cottage. Our only regret is that we didn’t book it for longer! Christine is an amazing host who was always so quick to respond. Next time we are in Asheville, I look forward to staying here again.
