Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts about Concierge Realty and your experience working with our licensed agent. We are puzzled about your dissatisfaction, however. We responded promptly and from the initial correspondence, showed the price of the accommodations. Over the course of more than a week, you were dialogue about the villa, additional nights, the cost of additional nights, etc. Seeing that you continued to work with the agent knowing the price of the villa seems to indicate that you were in agreement about the cost, particularly because you requested the contract to confirm your vacation. The VRBO calculator tool is an estimate of the cost of accommodations. Availability and rates change daily, if not from morning to afternoon, so it is not practical to look at the estimate as a price written in stone. This is why we do not offer the Book It Now feature – because the availability and rate change quite often. We are a licensed brokerage with a stellar Dunn and Bradstreet rating, well regarded by the BBB and licensed and regulated by the Florida Board of Realtors. In the future, perhaps your interests would be better served addressing a concern you have with an individual or company directly rather than in a public forum and reserving this avenue in the instance that your issues are not resolved to your satisfaction.

Sheryl- Thank you for the review and we hope your family enjoyed beautiful Waiohai! You reserved two units with us at Waiohai Beach Club. Both confirmations were verified and reflective of the Oceanview designation of placement. You reached out to the resort prior to your stay and was insistent on the units being close together. The resort management noted this as a priority. This placement (close together) is at the discretion of the resort as to what is available at check-in, and is never a guarantee which you were informed. After checking in, you communicated to us that you were dissatisfied with the view of one of the units. We expressed that you would need to speak to the resort front desk regarding any placement issue as we have no control over room assignment. We reiterated that you show them the Oceanview confirmations as well. We also got involved and spoke to the resort and reviewed details. The resort did move you to another unit that was oceanview but not as close to the other unit you rented. The issue was having two oceanview rooms close to each other, as this is never guaranteed. As a company we strive to ensure our clients are happy. We did facilitate the transaction as contracted and provided the proper confirmations. The resort will always hold rights to placement, and if other requests are made they have discretion to complete the request as they deem fit. We wish you well and hope that your family had a wonderful celebration.
